Class A Misdemeanors:
Up to 364 days in the county jail, probation or conditional discharge, or fines up to $2,500.
Class B Misdemeanors:
Up to 6 months in county jail, probation or conditional discharge, or fines up to $1,500.
Class C Misdemeanors:
Up to 30 days in county jail, probation or conditional discharge, or fines up to $1,500.
Felony Charges
Felony chargers are the most serious charges. They carry the possibility of prison terms between 2 and 30 years, forfeiture of property, and/or fines up to $25,000. Felony classes from least to most serious are 4, 3, 2, 1, and X.
