Illinois State Police officer pulled our client over accused him of driving under the influence of alcohol and without insurance.

The ISP officer conducted field sobriety tests. Or so he said in his report.

Our client is a CDL holder, so he knew that he had no choice but to fight the charge!

He came to us and we got right to work. We reviewed the discovery, looked at the video, and knew that we could win at trial. 

We filed a Petition to Rescind the Statutory Summary Suspension (PTR) and demanded trial.

Trial was scheduled and re-scheduled 3 times, over defense objection. At the final trial date, as the judge called our case and we took to the podium, the ASA came over and informed me that the case would be dismissed and that they would support the PTR. Our client left court with his license and ready to return to work!
